I lost at least $8,000 on this scam. I can't seem to find a lawsuit against him which boggles the mind. I signed up as a protege, and purchased all kinds of programs, websites, business cards all for nothing. I'm mad and want restitution for this scam. I can't believe there hasn't been a class action suit against him. He took my money right up to the day his site went black.............what a total LOSER FOR AM? If there is a CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THIS MAN, I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT IT. HE TOOK MONEY OUT UP UNTIL HIS SITE WENT BLACK. I realize I'm a furious X client of Russ Dalbey's but I can't stress enough to never listen to any of his hype. All he has is the talent to get in front of people and make them believe in something...a bit of an actor you could say. (DON'T BELIEVE) please contact me if you know about any LAW SUITS THAT HAVE BEEN AGAINST THIS MAN.I NEED TO PUT MY NAME IN AS ONE WHO LOST A LOT OF MONEY DUE TO HIM AND IT WAS MOSTLY FOR HIS EDUCATION AND ACCESS TO HIS FAKE BUYERS. After paying into I never heard back from them again except an email saying they received my money order and I never heard anything more.

Guest

Probably the lawyers and attorney general pocked the lawsuit money, somewhere around 311 million. I haven't received a penny back and made sure they had all my information.

I also brother; I bought the bogus 3 step protégée package made deals for this goon and haven't got nothing but a big *** headache and now I am poor.

Russ Dalbey Settlements

We must question the Colorado attorney general to find out where our money is. I paid $10000.00 + dollars for the course! I sent my credit card statements to the company handling the suit. I hope they didn't use it to collect the money for themselves and say the *** with the people who got hurt. It's been a LNG time has anyone received any money or feed back from the Colorado Attorney General? If anyone knows who I should contact please let know. I'm tired of waiting and think a good look into what's really going on is important. Thanks for help, I just wonder how many besides myself are also vets, I'm a Vietnam vet. I know this is really not that important, no one should get screwed but I just hope he is either going to spend a long time in jail or pay up. He should be on American Greed.

Ripped of by Russ Dalbey

I already submitted this once, has anyone received money from Russ Dalbey. It's been about two years since they were told to pay back some 300 million. I wonder if russ Dalbey is still living the life of luxury after screwing up our life's. Hope Colorado atty. General will, start sending out checks soon. I'm getting more pissed everyday, maybe a bunch of us needs to go to Colorado and find out when we will get money. I'm sure the lawyers involved will get a big part of the money, hopefully we the ones that got ripped off get our share.

Russ Dalbey settlement

Has anyone got a refund from Russ Dalbey, if our money is not refunded I sure hope he spends the rest of his life in jail, him and his group are nothing but *** artist who set out to ruin people's life and credit. I maxed out credit cards to over $10,000.00. I just wonder if we will get our money back or lawyers will pocket the money we should get. If anyone has received money please let me know how you did it. I sent my credit card statements involving the Russ Dalbey course to the appropriate people and if you listen to the recording from the Colorado atty. General we should have received money by now. The recording was in 2013 and said it might take up to year or a little longer, we are going on 2 years now. We all need to stay on top of this.

Review about Russes Course

I purchased Russes course and it was a eonderful course. Most people think they are going to get the course and be a millionaire overnight. It takes time and some work but it works if you put the effort into it. I really miss his support and helpful website to list my notes that I found.

Another wronged Russ Dalbey student!

In December 2010, I signed up for Russ Dalbey's online class so that I could move ahead financially. After taking my tuition and not even being able to take the course, I find that Dalbey Education is now out of business! Although I spoke to someone at the Colorado Attorney General's office last July, and attempted to file a complaint, I have never received one dime in compensation for being mislead nor have I received any paperwork from the Colorado Attorney General's office indicating that I am part of their class action. Is there anyone else out there who has had the same issues? Thanks!

I too was scammed by Dalbey. Does anyone know how, or IF Colorado plans to make reparations to those who lost $, or will they keep whatever they get of the $330 million?

It's been 2 years since the suit was awarded to Colorado, and nowhere can I find information on what will be done with the settlement money. Is Colorado just as bad as Dalbey???

Find your weaknesses and use it against you for a sale

I purchased Russ Dalbey's "Winning in the Cash Flow Business" instructional DVD and nothing else. They tried VERY hard to upsell. I declined. A few days later I kept receiving calls...I finally answered and it was a representative from Winning in the Cash Flow business. Angela told me about this fascinating program that is going on right now which you had to be interviewed in order to be selected. If after speaking to you and asking a few questions she felt that you would be a good candidate, she would refer you to her Director for the "second" interview. Her reputation was on the line so she needed to know that YOU are the perfect candidate to be a part of this educational program and to start earning thousands of dollars right away. ....but wait...there is a price. However, we didn't get that far. I asked her how much she made from this cash flow business. Her response was that Russ Dalbey's staff is not allowed to enter into this business...it's a conflict of interest. I replied, "Then you must be paid very well to do this type of job" She stated, yes, she receives a modest salary. She further stated that she owns three real estate properties in Denver, CO and is on her 6th car at the age of 30. When she asked me what I currently do for a living which is servicing commercial real estate loans she asked to put me on hold as "her headset was not on her head right and needed to readjust it". ...I think she needed to consult with her coach how to proceed with the "interview". Two minutes later she was back on the line and asked more questions about my job. I told her I was an administrator, stuck in a rut, with no time on my hands looking to get out of debt. Then we continued. Occasionally, I would hear clapping and yelling in the back ground. I asked her what the commotion was about and she laughed and said "Russ is in the office and when he walks by everyone gets excited". Finally I was done playing with her sale game and ended the call. I told her to call me back...I was on the clock at work and needed to finish a few things before leaving. If you ask me this is a scam! They ask questions to find out what your weakness are and then use that against you. They are trained to paint a dreamy picture of how you could live a rich and successful life worry free forever. ...and for a price all this is attainable within a few months. Good Luck!

The Dalbey Cash flow Business is being sued by the Federal Trade Commission & the State of Co. File your complaints with the Federal Trade Commission. If they hear from enough people, maybe his scam can be stopped.

Russ Dalby took me for a ton of money and I haven't made one cent of it back and they refuse to let me return it, just try to sell me more. I really wish that I could join a class action law suit against him to at least get some of my money back let me know if you here about one!

Thanks

Russ Dalbey - Scam Artist

Do not trust these people!!! This company is very clever and sneaky in the way they have set up every aspect of their business! They lie to you to get you to spend money and I have written down pages of documentation about my experience with these people and I spent thousands of dollars. Just like many, I paid good money to go to their Boot Camp. During that class that I paid good money for, I was taken out of class to endure a "Hard-Sell" for thousands more dollars. I was also lied to about how many boot camps they have and how many people would be in my class! The phone experience was the worst. In a "Do Not Call List" world, they put you on blocked phones so that they people you are calling can not see where the call is coming from. I had so many people tell me that they have received many of these calls before and no one calls them back. I know that if Russ Dalbey's name showed up on their caller ID's there would be thousands of complaints about this! Whatever you do, don't be taken advantage of by these people like I was!

RUSS Dalbey a professional scam

Russ Dalbey program is a scam, it's designed to sucker you in and sell you as much crap as possible, here's a messeage received from his office after requesting my refund: You signed up on 06/01/2011 for the Protege course online. Next, I show on 06/27/2011 at 12:37:01 you talked to Cameron Gory and he gave you a $1500 program for free for compensation instead of a refund. He also gave you phone coaching which is also another $1500 value for to use as your discretion. With those two tools added to your educational package you'll have all you need to be successful. There is no refund coming to you because, per Cameron's conversation, you chose to take the other courses instead. So here's what you need to do. Got to www.findingnoteseasy.com and watch the tutorial video and then do what it says. Next, put together a list of professionals to contact so you can potentially get leads from them. Third, start putting together 5 to 7 line ads so you can post them online and start driving traffic to your website. Both courses plus the phone coaching will help you start moving forward with being successful in the business. Feel free to call us and leave a message at 866 937 **** and we'll have a coach get back to you when you need further coaching. Patrick Keating

Fraud

Here it is the plain truth. Cash Flow is a scam! The materials a very vague and do not explain anything. Three days after receiving my kit I began to receive phone calls from Dalbey's sales force. I was told that if I didn't use their program (costing from $2,000.00 to $8,000.00) it would be very hard for me to succeed. When I explained to the man that I didn't have the cash he became very insulting saying that I didn't care enough about my family to "invest" in my business. This program is a scam the only one who makes any money is Dalbey by ripping off people to "invest" 8K in his "school". Shame on this rip off *** artist.

False Advertising

I was taken in by the T.V. commercial that Russ Dalbey advertised for his note business. I ordered his "starter kit" and was at first pleased with the training material. The price was right--$39. I sent out over 100 post cards--no response from them. When I called the support team for help, I was told to follow up with phone calls. I do believe these internet names from the court house have been contacted many times. Is there proof his students made money? I was also pressured to put out $5,000-$7,000 for advanced training by their sales staff--have had it!

Dalbey bad pitch

I purchased Dalbey's starter kit and was very excited about getting started. I was going through the kit as instructed, feeling excited to get started. Yesterday I recieved a call from their office, saying my name came up on a list for special consideration and special mentoring. I listened to the gentleman and answered his questions. he then asked me if I would pay between 8000.00- 10,000 dollars for level one, 4000.00-6000.00 for level two, or 2000.00-3000.00 for level 3. I explained not having the cash on hand. I was still interested in how I could work with them, I told him I did not have time at this moment I had to go to work. He told me I was not telling the truth. I assured him I was,and told him I did not appreciate his remarks and hung up. After thinking about what had occured I was disappointed with that whole thing. The gentleman who had called me, did not have any confidence in the booklets or the DVD's and stated why waste time with those things when you could be personally mentored. Now I am carefully weighing my options to find another way to use the internet for income.

I bought the TV course, then continued to get pressured into going to Denver for more Coaching. Finally caved in - as I really wanted to succeed with this.

Spent $2000, then $3000 for their marketing program - which was supposed to be a full year of newsletters - recieved newsletters to mail out for only ONE month, and couldn't talk w anyone for months, and then years passed. Also paid $8000 for the Boot Camp. Actually contacted note holders who wanted to sell their note, and when I followed up with them, it appeared some had actually sold them to Dalby Coaches/employees, but I got nothing. The 1 note guarantee from the Boot Camp never happened.

I called in for additional help, only to be pressured to pay thousands more for more coaching..... I believe it's potentially a good business, but the eithics are missing when someone pays THOUSANDS and walks out without a note closed, nor able to follow up with anyone...

Guest

Well I certainly have to disagree with you. For people who don't have much and put their faith into something like this program it becomes a decently sized investment.

I was looking for a legitimate business opportunity because I needed work and still do. I want to do the work but it is very difficult to do so I can't access the protege program for which I paid $2000. I have tried every useless suggestion they have given me and I even took my new computer to a tech to make sure it had all the proper plugins. I have also tried to access the site from other computers and I still get the same results.

They also told me not to use the books if I purchased this new program because the two would conflict. I am willing to do the work but I need this problem resolved and they are unavailable to help and won't return my calls.

Guest

All of you people sitting here and complaining about this program are pathetic. First off you didnt ever invest money in the first place to be sitting here complaining and second, businesses cost money if you havent heard.

Its worked for thousands including myself.

You people that come online to complain are lazy and dont want to put any work into it, and then all the sudden its a scam because you never did squat. Good luck in any business with putting no hard work or money into it haha

Russ Dalbey, Get Rich Quick Real eEstate

My Dad got a letter from Mr. Dalbey today talking about how to make all kinds of money in Real Estate. Of course it says you don't have to put in a "red cent" of your money, just got to have a phone and the Internet. No where in the letter is the name of the company mentioned. Being very skeptical, especially since my dad has been targeted by many "scammers", I tried looking Russ up. Couldn't find him by the address on the envelope. Brought up some stuff on google search and yahoo search. And found the most at a site "Compare the top 10 Real Estate Gurus". Here is where I found that you could go broke sinking your money into his program. $120.00 to start and then "Mentoring" can cost up to $15,000.00 or more. Then add in numerous expensive add ons that are vital for success... There is apparently 1 or 2 of these programs that may be worth your while, but Russ Dalbey is apparently not one. I just don't understand the need of these people who feel it's perfectly alright to target elderly people to take their hard earned "life's blood" and leave them with nothing... These *** artists, scammers and down right heartless thieves just make my toenails curl, nothing I'd like better than to give them what they REALLY deserve...
